Who designs the artwork?
Jeremy Fox is the original artist and owner of Fox Fine Arts. He and his team create the designs. All Artwork belongs to Fox Fine Arts
How are your T-shirts made?
We print on demand right here in the USA. All our items are made to order.
Is your artwork considered custom?
Yes. All of our artwork is considered custom. We can also collaborate with you for a unique design experience!

Custom Orders
Do you do custom orders?
Yes. We collaborate with you and design artwork for the apparel or gear you want.
What if we want a design of our own?
If you are wanting a custom artwork of your own on apparel we can collaborate with you and do that! Some limits apply.
Example of what we can do:
You want your sons' "name" with a custom designed t-shirt with an original cool looking Wizard on it.
We can do that! That is original created artwork by Fox Fine Arts.
Example of what we cannot do:
You want your son's name on a custom designed t-shirt with a cool "Batman" on it.
We cannot do that! That is Copyright infringement and although we all want to be "Batman" we cannot print that artwork.
*Please know that we will not do any trademark, copyright, offensive, demeaning, gang-related or any design that we feel will compromise our own morality, integrity or good nature.

What can you print on with a custom order?
We can print on hoodies, tees, tanks, leggings, canvases, mugs, tumblers... all kinds of things. Feel free to inquire about items we print on when contacting us.
How long does it take to receive a collaborative item?
Typically a collaborative design will take 1-3 business days to be created, approved and printed.
Standard shipping usually is between 3-5 business once the design has been approved and printed.
*** Please allow for Holiday times or Special Dates as we do not rush our artwork process.
How will we know if we like the design on our personalized Tee?
We will send you a proof of concept for any design for you to approve before we print and ship it out. (You the customer and We the artists) We want to make sure you or the person you're getting the special apparel for is going to love it!

Shipping
How long does it take to receive my package?
Because we print everything on-demand, it typically takes us between 1-3 business days for standard online orders to complete and get them shipped out.
Shipping can take up to 3-5 business days for domestic U.S. shipping.
Where do you currently ship?
We ship orders to United States, Canada, and UK.
For UK customers, orders typically take 1 business day to process and 14-21 business days to ship overseas.
What is your Return/Replacement Policy?
We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. It is not within our normal policy to refund orders or items. We typically do not accept returns, refunds or replacements due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc. All of our items are handmade and therefore we cannot resell.
